3/32" Radius Edge Moulding - 9

This double radius edge molding 3/32" - 9 measures 1.250" thickness, requiring the use of six-quarter lumber for milling, the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder use to cut the pattern. The blades are capable of milling two 3/32" round-overs on one side edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/4" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides to be milled simultaneously.
