1/8" Radius Edge - 14
This 1/8" - 14 double-radius edge measures .750" in thickness. The width is milled to any desired size within machinery parameters. The profile cuts two 1/8" round overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 3/4" thickness. The acrylic template is flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a right-left for the vertical cutter heads. This allows simultaneous milling on all four sides of the lumber.
