1/8" Radius Edge - 24

The cutters are capable of milling two 1/8" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 15/16" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the moulding knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left moulding cutters for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.

Our precise cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during setup and milling of this moulding profile. Our acrylic templates also provide good blend areas on the knives, so you will never realise where one moulding cutter begins or ends; this specific design feature will substantially increase moulding yield during milling.
