1/8" Radius Edge - 6

This double-radius 1/8" - 6 measure 1.062" thickness, requiring any width blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The cutters can mill two 1/8" round-overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/16" thickness. The acrylic template is turned over to either side of the profile grinder reference points to manufacture a set of right or left knives for the vertical cutter heads on the machine. This action will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.

Our precise cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during the setup and milling of this detail. Our acrylic templates provide enough blend areas on the knives, so you will never realize where one cutter begins or ends; these specific design features will substantially increase yield during milling.
