5/32" Radius Edge - 12

This double 5/32" - 12 radius edge measures 2.500" thickness, permitting the detail to be milled out of twelve quarter lumber; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The blades are capable of milling two 5/32" round-overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 2-1/2" thickness. The plastic template can be turned over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to produce a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides to be milled simultaneously.
