5/32" Radius Edge - 14

This 5/32" - 14 double radius edge measures 1.250" thickness, permitting the detail to be milled out of six-quarter lumber; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The blades are capable of milling two 5/32" round-overs on one side edge of lumber measuring 1-1/4" thickness dimension. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.

Would you like to reduce the amount of time it takes to set up the molder for a milling production run? Perhaps calibrating the moulder spindles axially and radially will substantially decrease setup time while simultaneously increasing production.
