5/32" Radius Edge - 9
This 5/32" - 9 double-radius edge measures 1.000" thickness, requiring five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The width gets machined to any desired size within the parameters of the equipment used to cut the pattern. The blades can mill two 5/32" round-overs on one side edge of a piece of lumber measuring one inch in thickness. The acrylic template is flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides to mill simultaneously.
