3/16" Radius Edge - 1
This 3/16" - 1 double radius edge measures 1.250" in thickness, permitting the detail to be milled out of six-quarter lumber. The width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The blades are capable of milling two 3/16" round-overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/4" in thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
