3/16" Radius Edge - 11
This double 3/16" radius edge - 11 measures 1.062" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The width is machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper/moulder used to cut the pattern. The blades can mill two 3/16" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/16" thick. The acrylic template is flipped over and referenced on either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right- or left-hand knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling simultaneous milling on all four sides.
