3/16" Radius Edge - 13
This double 3/16" radius edge - 13 measures 1.031" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled out of five-quarter lumber; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The blades are capable of milling two 3/16" round-overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/32" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced on either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right- or left-hand knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling simultaneous milling of all four sides of the lumber.
