3/16" Radius Edge Moulding - 9

This double radius edge molding 3/16" - 9 measures one-inch thickness, allowing the detail to be milled out of five-quarter lumber; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The knives can mill two 3/16" round-overs on one side edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads on the molder; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be machined simultaneously.
