1/4" Radius Edge - 15
This double 1/4" radius edge - 15 measures 3.375" tall. Thickness is machined to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder used to mill the pattern. The profile is capable of milling two 1/4" radii on the two edges of a piece of lumber measuring 3-3/8" thickness. The template is flipped over and referenced on both sides of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of top and bottom cutters for both horizontal cutter heads, enabling simultaneous milling of all four corners of the lumber.
