1/4" Radius Edge - 5
This double 1/4" radius edge - 5 measures 1.250" thickness, requiring the use of six-quarter lumber for milling; the width gets machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The profile knife design can cut two 1/4" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/4" thickness. The acrylic template is flipped over and referenced on both sides of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right- or left-hand knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling simultaneous milling of all four sides.
