3/8" Radius Edge - 8
This double 3/8" - 8 radius edge measures 1.437" thickness, permitting the detail to be milled out of eight-quarter lumber; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The blades can mill two 3/8" round-overs on one side edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-7/16" thickness. The plastic template can be turned over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to produce a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, allowing all four sides to be milled simultaneously.
