7/16" Radius Edge
This single 7/16" radius edge knife design can mill a maximum thickness of 1-7/8" tall, the blades are axial constant to a dimension of 1-1/2" in height. The cutters can be used on many different molding patterns, from easing edges on stair balusters to rounding the outside corner of a casing or similar profile. The template is designed with all the axial dimensions in 1/8" increments listed on the paperwork to shorten the time it takes to set up the machinery with pinpoint accuracy, as long as your moulder and grinder are calibrated correctly.
