7/16" Radius Edge - 2
This double 7/16" radius edge - 2 measures 1.500" thickness, permitting the pattern to be milled out of eight quarter lumber; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The blades are capable of milling two 7/16" round-overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/2" thickness. The plastic template can be turned over and referenced on either side of the profile knife grinder to produce a set of right- or left-hand knives for both vertical cutter heads. This will allow all four sides to be milled simultaneously.
