1/2" Radius Edge - 4
This double 1/2" radius edge - 4 measures 1.750" thick, enabling the detail to be milled from eight quarter-lumber. The width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The profile comprises a 3/4" broad line segment in the center, flanked by 1/2" radius semicircles on each edge of the design. We constantly provide sufficient blend areas within the knife design, so no one will ever realize where one cutter begins or ends.
