1/2" Radius Edge - 8
This double 1/2" radius edge - 8 measure 1.563" thickness, requiring the use of any width blank of eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The cutters can mill two 1/2" round-overs on one edge of lumber measuring 1-9/16" thickness with a 9/16" flat section in the center. The acrylic template is turned over and placed on either side of the profile grinder reference pins to manufacture a set of right- or left-hand knives for the machine's vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
