This 5/8" radius edge has a 1.500" thickness, and widths and heights (axial adjustment) can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. This radius edge cutter can be used on hundreds of profiles, from easing edges on lumber to radiusing a corner on a casing, chair rail, or similar profile.
You can preview and download these universal cutters with all the axial dimensions on the paperwork in 1/8" increments, this will shorten the time it requires to set up the moulder, providing the machine is axially calibrated.
