5/8" Radius Edge - 2
This double 5/8" radius edge - 2 measure 1.437" thickness, necessitating the use of eight quarter lumber for milling, the width is manufactured to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The knife design can mill two 5/8" radii on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-7/16" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced on either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right- or left-handed blades for both vertical cutter heads on the molder, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
