3/4" Radius Edge - 2
This 3/4" - 2 double-radius edge measures 1.750" thickness, requiring eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder; the width can be machined to any desired size within the machinery used to cut the pattern. The knives can mill two 3/4" round-overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-3/4" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
