This attractive 1-1/4" raised panel - 1 mould measures 0.625" thickness, permitting the pattern to be milled from four-quarter lumber; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The custom profile comprises a 15/64" wide by 43/64" tall, five-degree tapered tongue on the bottom right, connected to a 21/32" concave semicircular arc in the center, attached to a 5/64" vertical line segment on the top. We offer another profile for a 3/4" thickness panel with similar design characteristics for your review and consideration, panel mould 1.250".
