This Beaded Shiplap Siding Moulding 3-1/4" - 2 measures 3.250" wide overall by .500" thickness with an exposed face dimension of 3.000" wide when installed. The depth of cut for the profile knives is .339" for the top cutter head and .250" for the left vertical cutter head on an industrial-style molder. The stylish profile comprises a 2-1/2" wide straight line in the center flanked by a single bevel and rabbet on one side with a chamfer attached to a half-round bead with a tapered edge on the opposite side of the pattern. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they will create a 1/2" wide by 1/4" deep vee groove with a 5/16" wide half-circle positioned in the center of the joined boards.
