This 4" channel shiplap siding measures 4.000" wide by .687" thickness. The functional profile is comprised of a 2-7/8" broad straight line with 3/16" radius edges connected to a 13/16" wide sunk fillet. Attached to a 5/16" angled line so it will fit into the rabbeted area on the backside of the pattern. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together, they will create a 3-11/16" exposed face with an 11/16" wide by 9/32" deep channel between the joined boards.
The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
