This beaded 4-1/2" - 3 shiplap paneling measures 4.500" wide by .500" thick. The beadboard profile consists of a 1/4" wide half-circle flanked by 1/16" wide sunk fillets, attached to a 1/8" deep by 3-5/8" wide stepped fillet. The half-round bead is recessed by .020" just in case sanding is required after the milling process, this will keep the half-round circle from being flattened by the sanding process. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 4" wide face with a 3/8" wide bead detail on one face of the merged boards.
