Shiplap Moulding 5-3/16"

This 11/16" V Joint Shiplap Siding Moulding 5-3/16" measures 5.187" wide by .750" thickness, with a .500" depth of cut on the left vertical set of cutters, and a .439" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of knives.

The functional profile is comprised of an 11/16" wide by 1/4" deep vee groove in the center, flanked by 1-23/32" wide horizontal fillets, joined to an 11/32" chamfer on each side edge of the pattern. The back-side rabbet measures 1/2" wide by 23/64" tall with the appropriate draft angles to sharpen the knives properly when they become dull. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together, they create a 4-11/16" face exposure consisting of three 11/16" wide by 1/4" deep vee grooves on one face side of the merged boards.
