Shiplap Siding 5-3/8" - 6

This rustic 5-3/8" - 6 shiplap siding is a decorative architectural moulding that can be used to shape the contour of any exquisite room in your client's beautiful home or office. It measures 5.375" in width by .750 in thickness, and requires a 5-5/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The pattern is milled from the right, left, and bottom cutter heads. The right side knives cut the rabbet and the forty-five-degree angle with the rough-sawn face of the lumber on the machine bedplates. The left set of blades machine the tongue that slides under the rabbet. The bottom cutter head mills the two 7/16" wide by 3/8" deep grooves only, leaving the rough lumber untouched.
