WP-9 Shiplap 5-7/16" - 5

This 5-7/16" - 5 WP-9 shiplap siding measures 5.437" wide by .718" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. This detail is often referred to as the Boston shiplap. It is comprised of a 25/64" radius on each side edge on the exposed face with a 9/16" broad line segment attached on the male side on the left, the tapered rabbet on the backside measures 1/2" wide by 23/64" tall. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together they create an exposed face dimension of 4-15/16" wide including the 1/16" wide sunk fillet between the radiuses of the joined boards.
