This decorative 5-9/16" - 1shiplap siding measures 5.562" wide by .750" thickness, permitting milling out of four-quarter lumber. The beautiful scooped-out profile comprises a 1-3/4" wide by 3/8" tall concave semicircle on the left, 3/8" of this section will be hidden under the 3/8" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet on the opposite side when installed. The top portion measures 3-11/16" wide with a 5/32" round-over that will serve as a drip edge for moisture when assembled. When two pieces of milled lumber join, they create a 5-3/16" wide face coverage dimension with an attractive 1-1/2" wide cove between the merged boards.
