Shiplap Moulding 7-7/16"

This Shiplap Siding 7-7/16" measures 7.437" wide by .750" thickness, with a depth of cut of .500" on the left vertical cutters and a .366" depth of cut on the top horizontal profile knives.

The detail comprises a 6-7/16" wide horizontal line with 1/4" radius eased edges, connected to a 1" wide by 3/8" thick tongue. One-half-inch of the tongue side will hide under the back-side rabbet which measures 1/2" wide by 3/8" tall. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they create a 6-15/16" exposed face dimension with a 1/2" channel/gap between the joined boards.
