Shiplap 11/16" - 3

This 11/16" - 3 shiplap siding measures .687" thickness width and is machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. The functional profile is comprised of a 3/8" tall by 3/16" wide tongue with a 1/4" radius edge at the top. The other side consists of a 3/8" tall by 1/4" wide rabbet, also with a 1/4" radius on top. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/2" wide v joint with a 1/16" wide channel on the bottom.

Our high-precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
