This 3/4" - 10 channel shiplap siding measures .750" in thickness, and widths can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery utilized to mill the pattern. The male side of the profile has a 7/8" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet on top, and the female side has a 3/4" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet on the bottom. When two pieces of lumber are joined together, they will create a 1/8" wide channel on one face side of the merged boards. We have a few other profiles with different dimensions but the same 1/8" channel available for your review and consideration, shiplap .750" - 9, shiplap .750" - 14, shiplap .750" - 21 and shiplap .750" - 25.
Our high precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening. Whether you own a Weinig, Wadkin, Leadermac, SCM, Diehl, Kentwood, Shop Fox, or Williams & Hussey moulder, our cutters will mill flawlessly on them all.
