This 3/4" - 24 shiplap siding measures .750" in thickness. The profile is comprised of a 3/8" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet attached to a 3/4" wide chamfer on the right-side profile. The left side consists of a 3/8" wide by 3/8" tall tongue also with a 3/8" wide by 3/8" deep bevel. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they create a 3/4" wide by 3/8" deep vee groove on the face side of the joined boards.
Use one of our 125% concentration ultimate Borazon grinding wheels, finish grinding at 3000 RPMs, with a twenty-degree back clearance angle, will create a superior micro edge on all your high-speed steel moulding knives. During the machining process, these cutters will be capable of milling some of the finest quality architectural millwork you have ever produced.
