Shiplap 3/4" - 7

This 3/4" - 7 v-groove shiplap siding measures .750" thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The width gets milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The profile is comprised of a 3/8" tall by 1/2" wide rabbet attached to a 3/8" wide chamfer. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they create a 3/4" wide by 7/32" deep v-groove on the face side of the joined boards, it also has a 1/32" wide gap on the backside of the planks assuring a closed joint on the face side of the siding when installed.
