This Z moulding measures 1-5/16" wide by 1-3/4" tall, the design resembles the letter Z, the moulding is widely used in the manufacturing of shutters, the frame actually sits inside while the Z wraps around the rough opening to trim off the installation and eliminating the need for the window casing.
