This beautiful 1-3/4" - 4 Z-frame mould measures 1.625" wide by 1-3/4" tall when installed around a window frame. The milling dimension is 2.125" wide by 1-15/64" thickness enabling the pattern to be milled from six quarter lumber while simultaneously saving money on production cost. The profile is comprised of a 1-7/32" wide flat top with an eased edge on one side and a 7/16" radius edge on the opposite side, connected to a 43/64" wide by 1-3/8" tall rabbet directly below, the other side has a 1-5/64" tall by 13/32" wide rabbet for the shutter frame.
