Shutter/Louver 3" - 1
This tall, slender 3" - 1 shutter stile/rail measures 3.000" tall by 1.062" wide, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber and milling on a commercial-grade molder. The symmetrical profile features two recessed 1/8" half-circles on the top edges. The semicircles flare outward to full width by utilizing another 1/8" radius convex arc with a 1/32" sunk fillet used in transition, with 3/64" eased edges at the bottom of the design. The pattern is milled by the top, bottom, and left cutterheads, allowing widths to be adjusted to any desired size.
