This 4" interlocking louver slat measures 4.000" wide by .625" thickness. The overlapping profile consists of 1/8" radius edges on each face side with a chamfer that transitions into a 9/32" wide horizontal line, attached to a 19/64" wide half-circle, which overlaps the symmetrical shaped design on the opposite side of the pattern when assembled and closed. We have a similar-shaped profile in the same width for your review and consideration, shutter slat 4.000" - 8, and shutter slat 4.000" - 9.
