This exterior door t-astragal 1-1/4" - 7 measures 1.250" wide by 3.750" tall, permitting the detail to be milled laying horizontally flat out of six quarter lumber. The beautiful, functional profile is composed of a centered 29/64" wide by 1/16" tall raised fillet on top, flanked by two small ogees with a 3/64" eased edge, the left side retains a 1-9/16" tall by 1/8" rabbet, the opposite side has a 2-15/16" by 7/16" rabbet and a 3/8" tall by 1/8" wide kerf for weatherstripping, this groove is milled by either a universal cutter head or on a table saw after the machining process. The decorative bottom edge comprises a 21/64" wide by 5/64" tall raised fillet flanked by a small ovolo on each side.
