This 1-1/16" - 1 v-gap flooring for decks measures 1.062" in thickness. The widths are adjustable to any desired size within the machinery parameters. There is a .008" void built into the joining area for seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of finished lumber are joined together, they will create a 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep V groove on both faces wooden planks, as illustrated in the image above. The profile comprises a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep forty-five-degree chamfer on each side edge with a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep tongue and groove.
