This 1-1/4" - 1 v-groove decking measures 1-1/4" in thickness and the width is determined prior to milling. The design consists of a 7/16" wide by 7/16" tall tongue and groove with a 1/4" wide chamfer on one side edge. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they form a 1/2" wide by 1/4" deep v-gap on one face side of the merged boards.
