This 1-1/2" -16 gap/channel decking measures 1.500" in thickness, and widths are adjustable to the desired size. The profile consists of a 3/8" wide by 5/8" long tongue and a 3/8" wide by 3/8" deep groove with .020" of slop left in the joining area. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together the tongue will bottom out in the groove creating a 1/4" wide by 9/16" deep gap/channel on both face sides of the boards.
