This beadboard tongue & groove 2-1/2" - 10, measures 2.750" width by .750" thickness, permitting the use of four quarter lumber for machining on a commercial-grade molder. The beaded profile contains a 2-1/8" broad flat line segment on the top center, connected to a 9/32" bead and angle on the left and a 3/32" beveled edge on the right side of the design. The tongue and groove dimensions are 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep with a .008" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two machined lumber pieces are joined, they create an evenly spaced design with a face coverage dimension of 2-1/2" wide.
