Tongue & Groove 2-1/2" - 2

This concave 2-1/2" - 2 beadboard tongue & groove measures 2.750" overall with a face dimension of 2.500" wide by .500" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined from resawn five or six-quarter lumber. The scooped profile is comprised of a 3/16" wide by 1/4" deep tongue and groove with a .012" void in the common area. This is for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The face side is composed of a shallow 4-1/16" cove in the center, attached to 9/64" wide beveled edge above the groove, the opposing side retains a chamfer and 1/4" wide half round bead above the tongue. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 17/32" wide v-groove with a 1/4" wide half-round in the center.
