WP-CM EV1S Tongue & Groove 2-9/16"

This tongue & groove decking measures 2-9/16" in thickness, but the widths are manufactured to any desired size due to knife design. This detail is similar to the shape of the WP-CM EV1S, which is mainly unseasoned lumber milled for decking material. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are together, they create a 1/2" wide v-groove on one face side of the boards.

Our meticulous cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during the setup and milling of this pattern. Our acrylic templates and knives provide larger blend areas by design, so no one will realize where one cutter begins or ends. These specific design features will substantially increase yield while saving time and money during the machining process.
