This 3-3/16" - 1 beadboard measures 3.437" wide by .750" thick with a face dimension of 3.187" wide. The profile comprises a 1/4" thick by 1/4" deep tongue and groove on the sides. The top consists of a 5/16" wide half-round circle attached to a 1/4" wide by 3/16" deep chamfer located above the tongue connected to a 2-3/8" wide fillet in the middle with another 1/4" wide by 3/16" deep bevel positioned above the groove. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together, they create a 13/16" wide vee groove with a 5/16" comprehensive center bead recessed by .031" for sanding purposes. This DXF file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives.
