Tongue & Groove 3-3/16" - 4

This 3-3/16" - 4 beadboard paneling tongue & groove measures 3.375" wide by .625" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The beautifying profile is composed of a 2-11/16" wide flat line segment joined to a 1/8" down-sloping angled line, merged with a recessed (.020") quarter-inch wide bead on the top. The right side consists of a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep chamfered edge, connected to a 13/64" wide by 3/16" tall groove with a 1/16" wide by 3/64" deep beveled edge at the bottom. The tongue side is comprised of the same dimensions with a built-in .008" void for seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they create a decorative 1/2" wide v-groove with a center bead on top and a 1/8" by 3/64" deep wide v-groove on the bottom of the design. The exposed face coverage dimension is 3-3/16" wide.
