Tongue & Groove 3-1/4" - 3

This beadboard 3-1/4" tongue & groove paneling measures 3.437" wide by .500" thickness. The profile features an 11/64" thick by 7/32" deep tongue and groove on the sides, with a .008", and .031", of voided space in the joint area to allow for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top profile consists of a 5/32" wide half circle attached to a 1/8" wide by 3/32" deep chamfer positioned above the tongue, connected to a 2-27/32" wide fillet in the middle of the detail with another 1/8" wide by 3/32" deep bevel positioned above the groove. When two pieces of milled lumber join together they create a 13/32" wide v-groove with a 5/32" wide centre bead, which is recessed by .020" for sanding if necessary after milling. The opposite side of the pattern retains a 1/4" wide v-groove; this unique pattern allows for a wide range of installation applications.
