Tongue & Groove 3-1/4" - 9

This Wainscot paneling molding 3-1/4" face - 9 measures 3.500" wide by .406" thickness with a face dimension of 3-1/4" wide. The profile is comprised of a 9/64" thick by 1/4" deep tongue and groove on the sides, the top consist of a 5/16" wide half round bead attached to a 3/16" wide by 5/32" deep chamfer positioned above the tongue connected to a 2-9/16" wide fillet in the middle of the pattern with another 3/16" wide by 5/32" deep chamfer positioned above the groove. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together they create an 11/16" wide vee groove with a 5/16" wide center bead that is recessed by .020" for sanding if necessary after milling. The "template ready" DXF file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating profile knives for this pattern.
