Tongue & Groove 3-3/8"

This standard 3-3/8" tongue & groove beadboard measures 3.625" wide overall, and the face dimension for installation purposes is 3.375" wide by .750" thickness. The profile is composed of a 1/4" wide by 9/32" deep groove on the right side, and the tongue on the left measures 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep with a .010" void in the joint for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The face side consists of two recessed 1/4" wide half round beads flanked by small 1/8" wide bevels, divided by two 1-3/16" wide line segments on each side of center.

This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this creative beadboard paneling pattern. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken CNC (computer numerical control) tool path expediting the production process.
